使用 JJ将棋即表示您同意本使用条款。如果您不同意这些条款，请不要使用本应用。

人机对战（AI 对手）
在线对战（本地网络）
Game Center 联机对战
棋谱复盘
账户与昵称管理

三、用户行为

使用本应用时，您同意：

不会利用 App 进行任何非法活动
不会干扰或破坏 App 的正常运行
不会尝试逆向工程、反编译或修改 App
在在线对战中保持体育精神，不使用作弊手段

四、知识产权

JJ将棋及相关内容（包括但不限于代码、界面设计、图形、音效）的所有知识产权归开发者所有。未经明确授权，不得复制、修改或分发本应用的任何部分。

五、免责声明

本应用按"现状"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。开发者不对以下情况承担责任：

使用本应用导致的任何直接或间接损失
在线对战中的连接中断或数据丢失

六、条款修改

2. Service Description

JJ Shogi is a Japanese chess (shogi) game providing the following features:

Local two-player matches
AI opponent matches
Online matches (local network)
Game Center matches
Kifu replay
Account and nickname management

3. User Conduct

By using this application, you agree to:

Not use the app for any illegal activity
Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the app
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
Maintain sportsmanship in online matches without cheating

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for JJ Shogi and related content (including but not limited to code, UI design, graphics, and sounds) belong to the developer. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any part of the application is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

This application is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The developer is not liable for:

Any direct or indirect damages from using this app
Connection interruptions or data loss during online matches
Device compatibility issues

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modified terms will be posted within the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
